I am a husband, father, World Champion athlete, content creator, coach, consultant and podcast host.

I fell in love with the sport of kayaking when I was 13 years old. I became obsessed with the adrenaline of the sport, its connection with the wilderness and camaraderie of my fellow paddlers.

 

At the age of 32, whitewater kayaking has taken me all around the globe. I have paddled through canyons rarely seen by the eyes of man, I have competed against the worlds best in a multitude of World Championship/ World Cup events, I have set and achieved some of my lifelong goals, and I have created long lasting friendships in the pursuit of living my life to the fullest.
